CCNPP2 Disposable Underpad with Strip Positioning Sticker Design Spunbond Nonwovens Top Layer

CCNPP2 keeps the spunbond surface and the pulp and SAP core, and replaces the four corner tabs with long adhesive strips that follow the pad edges. It is built for care settings where the pad spends part of the day on a bed and part on a sofa or a chair, so the hold has to survive a change of surface. Five build sizes, 45 x 60 cm up to 90 x 180 cm.

What the edge strips decide in practice

Fixation points multiply along the perimeter. Four tabs give four holding spots, while a strip spreads the same adhesion over a longer run, which is the difference that shows up on fabric covered seats where a pad edge can curl.

Surface range widens, and so does the spec you have to write. This pad is aimed at bed care, wheelchair seats and sofas, so your order sheet needs the actual surfaces listed. A strip specified for a chair becomes a return if the end user leaves the pad on a loose blanket all night.

The strip does not add absorbency. A pad that lies flat uses the whole core footprint, while a folded pad concentrates liquid in one area and reads wet early. Change frequency therefore tracks the wearer and the size you ship, not the adhesive on the back, so avoid promising longer wear in your listing.

Order counts stay familiar. Bag and carton configurations match the base platform at each size, which means your warehouse slots and your carton plan need no change when you switch a line to CCNPP2.

Sample checks for this build

Ask which edges carry the strip on a 60 x 90 pad, and measure how far the adhesive run extends.
Check that the release paper covers the full strip and that no adhesive is exposed on the folded sample in the bag.
Weigh the sample against the 50 g listed for the 60 x 90 cm size, and confirm the strip has not been substituted by a heavier core.
Wet the sample on a flat sheet with 500 ml of saline, then inspect the underside along both long edges five minutes later.

Limits of this design

CCNPP2 is the base pad with a different fixing system. It is not a capacity upgrade, and its absorbency range is identical to the base version and to CCNPP1. When a customer asks for a pad that takes more liquid, answer with a bigger size rather than with this SKU.

Send the surfaces your customers actually use, plus the sizes and pack counts you want, and we will confirm the strip layout before sampling. Comparing this against the Four Corner version is worth one sample of each.
