Structural Features
CCMPZ 410 is the long straight cut in our maternity range. One flat body, 410 mm end to end, and a single sticker strip on the back. The 410 mm row of the size table reads 30 g and 700 ml, filled ten pads to a bag. Buyers take this cut for the first days after delivery and for night flow, and in markets that sell a maternity pad as a plain staple rather than a shaped garment.

Three points to settle before the order
1. Length buys time, and it costs anchor strength. A 410 mm body carries fluid further front to back than the 330 mm cut of the same family, so one sticker strip does more work here. Test shifting after a walk, not after standing still. Where a market wears loose or mesh underwear, the shorter code is the lower risk order.
2. The pulp stays where it was put. Two tissue sheets wrap the fluff pulp and SAP core, which holds the core shape while the pad is folded in the bag and unfolded by the user. A core that migrates shows up later as a thin end and a wet spot. Ask your converter how the two tissue sheets are placed against the pulp when you sign off the sample.
3. Nothing in the five listed materials stretches. The pad relies on one sticker strip to stay in place, which keeps the part count and the unit cost low. Price sensitive markets that sell maternity care as a staple are the usual buyers. The trade off is grip, and it is the reason the shaped build exists.
Four checks on the incoming sample
1. Pull three pads from one bag and a fourth from a bag made on another shift.
2. Cut a pad lengthwise and photograph the cross section next to a ruler.
3. Weigh one pad per size on one scale, then weigh the outer wrap alone.
4. Pour a measured volume of saline at the centre, wait five minutes, then press a dry tissue on the surface.
Two things this cut does not do. No elastic band and no wing are listed for this build, so the pad will not grip a loose panty or a stretch mesh, and nothing here shapes itself to the body. Buyers who need either should sample the 8 shaped build before they book a container.
The table on this page carries five rows between 330 mm and 430 mm. Weight climbs from 20 g to 34 g, absorption from 300 ml to 1000 ml, and the pack shrinks from twenty pads to eight. The 410 mm row is what this code quotes: 30 g, 700 ml, ten pads to a bag.
Send your target length, weight and pack count and we will quote this code on your own artwork. A sample of the 410 mm cut travels with the quotation.

FAQ
-
Q:What length does CCMPZ 410 measure?
-
Q:Does the pad have wings?
A:No wing part is listed here. Fixing is one sticker strip across the back, so the pad holds on woven cotton and needs a closely fitting panty. -
Q:How many pads are in a bag?
A:Ten at this length. The count changes with the row, from 20 pads at 330 mm down to 8 pads at the two longest rows. -
Q:Can the top sheet or the outer film be changed?
A:Hot air nonwoven and PE wrapping film form the base build of this code. Length, weight, pack count and artwork can be changed on your order.
