Structural Features
CCBP2 is an upgrade of independent packaging based on CCBPP, changing from PE coating to composite coating, which improves the overall performance of the product and the user experience and comfort. The following are the main structural features:
1.Surface Material:The surface of CCBP2 is made of soft, breathable non-woven material, ensuring comfort and safety without causing skin irritation.
2.Absorbent Core Layer:The core layer of CCBP2 consists of highly absorbent SAP (super absorbent polymer), wood pulp, and/or backing paper. These materials quickly absorb and lock in excess milk, preventing back seepage and keeping clothes dry.
3.Bottom Layer Material:The bottom layer is made of breathable and comfortable composite membrane material, which prevents skin issues from long-term wear. It provides a smooth surface for the breast pad to fit securely inside the underwear, enhancing wearing comfort.
4.Anti-slip Design:The back of CCBP2 features anti-slip adhesive, ensuring the breast pad stays firmly in place within the underwear, preventing movement or falling off during daily activities and outings.
5.Independent Clothlike Wrapper Packaging:Each CCBP2 breast pad is individually packaged in clothlike material. This packaging enhances moisture resistance and sealing, improving product protection and hygiene. The composite packaging material offers better breathability and waterproofness, ensuring the breast pads remain in optimal condition until use, making them easy to carry and use anytime.
