CCBP12 Disposable Breastfeeding Nursing Pads

CCBP12 is a combination optimization of CCBPP1 and CCBPP2, with two advantages: hot air surface layer and composite coating film. Through these designs, the overall performance of the product has been improved to meet different consumer needs. The following are the main structural features of CCBP12:

1. Surface layer:

The surface layer of the anti-seborrhoeic breast pads has been treated with hot air technology to make it softer and skin-friendly, improving overall comfort and increasing breathability to reduce stuffiness.

2. Absorbent core layer:

Absorbent core layer is the core part of the pads. It is designed in layers, each layer has different absorbency and thickness for more efficient absorption and locking of liquid.

3. Bottom layer:

The bottom layer is usually made of waterproof and breathable materials, such as composite backing film. The purpose of this layer is to prevent the absorbed liquid from penetrating into clothing, and at the same time, the breathable design of the bottom layer helps to reduce the stuffy feeling, keep the air circulation inside the pads, and reduce the generation of odor.

4. Non-slip design:

In order to ensure that the breast pads can fit stably inside the underwear, the back of the breast pads are usually set with non-slip backing, which will not shift even when you are moving around, providing a better using experience and reliability.

 5. Composite packaging:

Each breast pad comes in a separate composite packaging wrapper. The composite packaging provides better sealing and moisture resistance, ensuring that the pads remain clean and hygienic until they are used. This packaging design is also easy to carry and store to prevent external contamination.

 6. Shape design:

The shape of breast pads is usually round, oval and wing-shaped. Different shape designs can accommodate different types of underwear and breast shapes, providing better fit and comfort.
