The top build in the pull-up range. Two materials separate it from CCAPF: the top sheet is hot air nonwoven rather than spunbond, and the back film is a whitening and softening laminated film. Sizes M through XXXL, elastic waist all the way round, 3D leak guards, wetness indicator printed on the film. A buyer can see and feel both upgrades in a single sample.

1.  Hot air nonwoven is bought for skin, not for absorption. The fibre is softer and bulkier than spunbond. It also costs more per square metre. CCAPRZ holds the same capacity as the other two pull-ups, so the extra money pays for surface comfort and appearance rather than millilitres. Buyers whose end users report red marks and chafing are the ones who notice the difference.

2.  A whitening and softening back film changes how the product reads under clothing. The treatment makes the laminated film resemble fabric rather than plastic, and that matters in retail where the pack photo and the in-use look both sell. Institutional tenders rarely score it, so do not price this upgrade into that channel.

3.  Both upgrades are material swaps on the same line and above the same core. The waist, the guards, the indicator and the size range are unchanged. Nothing moves on the line. A buyer can therefore step from CCAPF to CCAPRZ without re-qualifying fit or retraining staff, which shortens the trial cycle.

4.  Skin-sensitive users are the stated target, so put them in the sample round. CCAPRZ is aimed at people who react easily or who already have skin trouble. The useful trial is CCAPF next to CCAPRZ on the same wearer over the same shift, not two trials weeks apart with different teams.

Checks to run on the sample round:

· Ask for a top sheet swatch with the pant, so the material can be checked before a full bag is opened.

· Lay a CCAPF and a CCAPRZ side by side and compare top sheet hand feel through the bag.

· Rub the back film against dark trouser fabric to see how much the whitening treatment shows.

· Weigh one pant per grade against the table before you sign off on the order.

Where the build stops: it adds no capacity over CCAPF and CCAPF1, and a hot air top sheet does not make the pant longer lasting. It also does not come at a basic price. If the decision is made on unit cost and the complaint file is not about skin, CCAPF is the honest recommendation.
